WorldPay integrated into Betable RMG platform
Payment processing, fraud detection and risk services offered to games developers as part of deal
WorldPay has signed a contract that will see its payment processing services integrated into Betable’s real-money gaming platform.
The payment provider’s processing, fraud detection and risk services will be integrated into the platform and Betable Wallet.
“The value of having WorldPay’s services integrated into our platform and player-facing Betable wallet is enormous” Ryan Linton, Betable chief revenue officer, said.
Betable purports to be the only platform that allows non-RMG game developers to legally offer real-money play in their own games through Betable’s UK Gambling Commission licence.
Players based in regulated markets can play Betable-powered games for real-money, with games developer Big Fish one of the first to use the service to provide real-money slots.
“Powering Betable’s services with WorldPay’s payment processing functionality assures develoeprs that when their users opt to play their games for real-money their transaction success will be maximised,” Shane Happach, WorldPay chief commercial officer, said.
