An influx of new devices and increased web connectivity has made players’ interactions with online gaming sites incredibly complex.
There are millions of interactions taking place every day and data is generated across multiple sources in both structured and unstructured formats. This presents a significant challenge but the businesses that manage to overcome this are finding huge opportunities to improve customer betting experiences, reduce customer churn and improve competitive advantage.
In this event, you will hear how BetVictor is taking advantage of modern data integration, processing and storage tools to deliver more relevant and personalised offers to their 500,000-plus worldwide customers, improving their overall betting experience and driving increased revenues.
