BetVictor undergoes brand refresh
Firm unveils redesigned logo and fresh website look with new product developments to come
BetVictor has completed a rebranding exercise, a move the Gibraltar-based bookie said marked the start of a series of planned improvements to design and UX.
The operator said the brand refresh would be followed by a number of in-house product developments aimed at offering customers a “better, more intuitive and simple betting experience”.
Changes released today has seen BetVictor.com given a fresh feel with new navigation to improve the customer journey, the installation of a new casino area and an update of its iOS and Android apps.
The BetVictor logo has also been given a tweak, with the previous bold font replaced with a sharper look.
The refresh was led by BetVictor’s recently-installed head of brand Shane Stafford, who joined the firm at the start of the year from Paddy Power.
“This is just the beginning of an exciting new journey aimed at providing a better customer experience; the brand will be at the front and center of this change,” Stafford said.
Speaking to eGaming Review last month, BetVictor CEO Andreas Meinrad said the firm’s proprietary technology meant it had its “destiny in our own hands” with a focus on developing simple products.
“We have an aggressive IT roadmap planned for 2016 with a number of new innovations,” Meinrad said. “We need to be clear just exactly what the customer really wants from us. Innovation is good but it is often too complex; we want to keep it simple.”
The full interview with Meinrad will appear in the March edition of EGR Magazine.
Last week BetVictor became the fourth major bookmaker to become an Authorised Betting Partner of British Racing.
