BetVictor unveils in-house built partial cash out
Operator's customers can now close a proportion of their open bets via desktop, mobile web and iOS
BetVictor has unveiled an in-house built partial cash out feature across all channels as the Gibraltar-based operator continues to revamp its sportsbook product.
Partial cash out enables customers to close a proportion of their bet while keeping the remainder open, and is now live across desktop, mobile web and the operator’s iOS app.
Accessed via Betvictor’s Cash Out Zone, the feature is currently available for football and tennis markets and on all bets with a full cash out value greater than ?1.
The release of partial cash out, which also features a ‘Bank My Stake’ button allowing customers to partially cash out for their exact initial stake, follows the launch of BetVictor’s in-house developed cash out product last year.
“Partial cash out is a heavily requested feature from our regular cash out customers and we’re delighted to have this functionality in place now,” Eoin Ryan, head of BetVictor’s sportsbook product, told eGaming Review.
“The ability to cash out only a part of your original stake is very attractive, particularly for customers on the right side of a bet, who may just want to secure their original stake – our ‘Bank My Stake’ feature has made it ultra-simple to do just that,” he added.
Partial cash out was launched by bet365 in the UK online gambling market earlier this year, a move which mirrored a similar offering by pools betting operator Colossus Bets in 2013.
News of BetVictor’s partial cash out feature comes just days after the operator unveiled its Lengthen the Odds function which enables horseracing punters to enhance the price of their selection.
