TLCBET strikes Middlesbrough betting partnership deal
Asian firm will see its branding appear at the Riverside Stadium and across club's digital channels
Asian operator TLCBET has signed a deal with Middlesbrough FC to become the Premier League newcomer’s new official betting and gaming partner.
As part of the agreement, the Asian firm will have its branding appear on pitch side LED advertising, as well as across the club’s website and social media channels.
The deal marks the operator’s latest venture in the Premier League, having previously been shirt sponsor of West Bromwich Albion last season.
“It’s a great honour to partner with Middlesbrough Football Club as they embark on a new season in the Premier League,” said TLCBET brand director Mike Chong.
“We’re delighted to be putting the TLCBET brand on the global stage and we are confident we can promote Boro in Asia,” he added.
Dropping down into the Championship, Bodog has also today been confirmed as Aston Villa’s new official Asian betting partner.
“In terms of competitiveness, excitement and sheer unpredictability The EFL Championship is, in fact, miles ahead of most of the elite leagues which are normally dominated by just two or three teams,” Michael Bartinson, marketing director for Bodog Asia, said.
“Villa is a huge club with a great history and with a fresh impetus at the helm we think it’s the ideal time to be building a long-term relationship with the Club,” he added.
